There's not a place near me here in Rome, GA that I can get dry aged beef. Hubby does not like the idea on looking at moldy beef for 6 weeks in the frig so aging my wn is out. I am considering an online purchase but a a little reluctant. I also want to try Wagyu. What is y'alls' opinion on Wagyu? Is it worth the STEEP price? Like over $100 for 2 strips? I don't usually spend even 1/3 of that on on steaks but curiousity is getting to me. Have you ever ordered premium steaks online and from whom? Forget Omaha....
Would I sous vide as per any other steak..that is..when I get my new Anova in a few days....I've never actually sois vided anything at this point.
