Just finished fabricating my cart and I'm cooking my first brisket now. Cheers

    It probably looks a little tall but I'm 6'6" with a really bad back so bending down is a pain. Cheers

    The top is 46.500" off the deck the egg opening is 51.000" it's great so far.

    The cart is awesome @NeilTheBeerGuy.  You even have lots of drawers for eggcessories.  Will a plate setter fit in one of the lower drawers?


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
