How Often Do You Egg?

Have had the LBGE since June 1. When I am in town, I guess that I use the Egg about 4+ days per week. Don't know where this compares to everyone else. As they say, am I normal or nuts? My goal for the next 6 months is to expand what I cook on the Egg so that I do not fall into the same routine. Tried some ham appetizers and bacon this week. The bacon (some candied - saw that at the fest, some not) needs more work, but the hammies were great. How often do you egg and what is your specialty / signature cook?

Haven't had a fully functioning oven in 3 years we've owned the house. Why bother fixing it when you can egg!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Not enough. I only manage 1-2 times a week anymore. Ribs are my specialty that always get requested.

I think I probably average 2-3 times a week. Try to egg at least 2 days on the weekend.
Problem I find is that there's only the 3 of us; so just about every cook provides leftovers for the next day or two. If I cooked more than that I'd either run out of freezer/fridge space or waste it...
If I could, have the time and had the upgraded storage, I'd probably try to egg everyday.
Just happy knowing that what I do manage to egg those 3 days a week is better than 95% of what anyone else is cooking 7 days a week on their stoves.MSV Chill Spot

I cook 2-3 times a week on mine. I wish it could be every day. My favorite thing to cook would be spatchcock chicken. My wife loves it. Hey -- I'm a Dirty Bird fan -- what more can I say....LBGE Virginia Beach, Virginia
