We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! New egg, table and cook...

Just got my first BGE and his new table... went XL..

First pizza was awesome... Somoked salmon and capers

Also cook a little BBR rack... This is the way I cook my tender fall from the bone BBR:
Yellow mustard and home made rub... let them rest at least 2 hr or even better overnigth
Wrap in foil... Cook them indirect, Meat side up 2 hr at 200 c.
Unwrap them and cook about 30 more minutes...
