We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! New egg, table and cook...

Just got my first BGE and his new table... went XL..

First pizza was awesome... Somoked salmon and capers

Also cook a little BBR rack... This is the way I cook my tender fall from the bone BBR:
Yellow mustard and home made rub... let them rest at least 2 hr or even better overnigth
Wrap in foil... Cook them indirect, Meat side up 2 hr at 200 c.
Unwrap them and cook about 30 more minutes...
