Beef Stew

Been a little cold lately so I decided to egg some beef stew today for supper tonight. Gave the beef a healthy dose of Dizzy's Red Eye Express and then some flour. Browned the meat and then added beef broth and red wine mixture. I let that simmer for a couple of hours and then added the veggies and let all of it cook

I hit post on accident.
After the veggies were added I let it all cook for about three more hours. This was the first time I have done beef stew on the egg but it turned out great.___________________________________
