We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Beef Stew

Been a little cold lately so I decided to egg some beef stew today for supper tonight. Gave the beef a healthy dose of Dizzy's Red Eye Express and then some flour. Browned the meat and then added beef broth and red wine mixture. I let that simmer for a couple of hours and then added the veggies and let all of it cook
