Finally getting to cook again...
Roasting some potatoes, peppers, and asparagus, followed by some chicken breast that have been halved and marinated in Wegmans Cilantro & Lime marinade.

Are those the prepackaged breasts? I always get the organic ones but they only have teriyaki and lemon garlic. I'll have to swing around the corner to the next case.

They come in the big 10 pack foil thing. Each is individually wrapped. Hate the packaging, it's a pain and messy. The breasts are really thick so I halve them in height if that makes sense and then cook them. Can't beat the value though...Eggcelsior said:Are those the prepackaged breasts? Great looking cook as always Hap. Wanted to cook tonight but in light of the baseball game and a late soccer practice for the boy didn't have the opportunity. Turns out I should have gone a head and cooked. I would have seen the important parts of the game so far while the Egg was warming up.
I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
