These are the other meats that went along with the 44lbs of Pork Butts that was served for lunch today The Chicken was cook on my Soul Bucket.....this picture shows the Chicken stacked on one end, coals on the other end....I start the Chicken direct over Mesquite, when they get the color I want, I then separate the Chicken from the coals, add cherry chips and smoke about 1 hour. The Links slow cooked on the Egg about 2 hours
