We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Concession trailer build update

Had our first event this weekend , ended up selling 27LBS of pulled chicken , 70 LBS of pulled pork , 5 gallons of Brunswick stew along with grilled wings and chicken tenders . We made loaded tater tots , 6 ounces of tots topped with 4 oz of pulled pork or chicken ranch dressing , cheddar cheese sauce , bbq sauce , sour cream and jalapeños . Went through 32 LBS of tots and 41 LBS of fries plus slaw and beans . Great first event , ended up pocketing about 2k .
