We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! These finished after 17 1/2 hours....I start with a temp of 225 and bumped up to 250, after about 10 hours, then raised the temp to finish at 275 for the last 2 hours to create a good bark....one of the pictures is the BBQ Monitor for my iPad
