instrucions on big grren egg usage

I inherieted the largest egg available and wold like help on using the egg from start to finish-especially smoking a 15 lb. turkey. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have tried it- it was great!

    anne,[p]Don't start with a turkey -- it's not that hard, but it's not the easiest thing, either. Start with chicken pieces. Learn to control the temp precisely. Get used to cooking with natural charcoal, rather than gas or briquettes. You will soon be an eggspert! Welcome to the club!![p]You'll be ready for turkey long before Thanksgiving.
