44lbs of Pork Butt just put to rest in the Egg...tomorrow morning I will Q 24 Louisiana Hot Links and 8 large Chicken halves.....office, lunch for a service tech meeting

How long will those take for you to cook? What temp?

These will finish after 17 1/2 hours....I start with a temp of 225 and bumped up to 250.... after about 10 hours then raised the temp to finish at 275 for the last 2 hours to create a good bark....one of the pictures is the BBQ Monitor for my iPad

I figured 44lbs would have taken a bit longer than 17.5 hours but they look good. I usually try to finish them up at 300 if i get too anxious and im running out of time.
