Went looking for a bone in hale yesterday but there was none to be found. Just spiral hams and that was not what I wanted.
So found a nice 2 pack rack of St. Louis ribs. Rubbed them down at 6:30 am this morning. Just put them on the egg at 200 aiming for 250 for 3 hours. Then I will foil them for an hour then back on the egg naked until they pass the bend test.

I just out 6 slabs of baby backs on my AR at 12:30, hoping they turn out, Advice.... I have them on 3 levels... Do I need to rotate the slabs or just let them go?? Thanks, Scott KLarge BGECamp Chef 4 burner GriddleNear Cleveland, Ohio
