Thermometer Calibration

Options
While making breakfast this morning I thought the temp was reading screwy.  I switched therms (I don't clip mine in) and got a different reading.  I then used my Thermapen and it seemed like the dials were off.  So I calibrated them with boiling water, and by that method they are dead on.  The also seem to agree when switching them out on the hot dome.

My question is where do yours sit when cold.  Two of mine sit off the scale below 50, but one is well up on the scale even though it is cold (although not at a temp I could actually hold).  It does seem to read accurately when hot.

Mine sit off the scale below 50* too but I'm pretty sure that is because it's below 50* out.

The one that is off sits at 100F, and the ambient temp is just under 90F.  In boiling water it is right at 100C, and in switching them around on my hot LBGE they all agree.  The other two sit just under 50F at ambient temp.
