Another hour to go. Indirect at about 315 grate temp. Brined 12 hours. 24 hours in fridge to dry skin. Rubbed with my home brew rub.

I believe that orienting the home button towards the right fixes formatting issues on the iPhone. I don't know about the Ipad.
