We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Tuesday and Wednesday dinners (pics)

Decided to do a meatloaf for supper tonight. Been awhile since I've done one and it took longer than I thought it would but damn it was good. 350 indirect for 1.75 hours. Used cherry for smoke. Fried taters, corn, and homegrown Lima beans for sides.

Threw some chicken breasts on (before the meatloaf) for tomorrow nights supper. Gonna do tacos and Southwestern style Egg Rolls. Done the breasts 350 raised (woo2) direct with cherry for smoke.

The egg rolls will sit in the freezer overnight and then get deep fried. I will also be making an avocado based dip for the egg rolls.
