So I read this article recently about Pork Wings:
NFL week 1, there they were, available at my local Patriots viewing area.
I was amazed! I spoke with the staff and they said they come fully cooked and frozen and the bar finishes them off.
I ordered some from the butcher custom cut and got them today. They are basically the shank cut in 2" segments bone in.
Curious if anyone has attempted making these from scratch? I am way into adding flavor & cooking from the egg but am wondering if like a pressure cooker start is a good way to get this going?
OR- if anyone has shank experience and any recommendations?
