So I got my brother a mini for his birthday in August and he has embraced all things egg. I think he's using it five times a week, if not more and is enjoying grilling chicken, steak, pork, etc and has been smoking a lot of blue fish. I knew he would enjoy woking so I picked him up a hand hammered 10" from the Wok Shop and seasoned it myself and sent it over to him.
I'm far from an expert on the wok having only done about ten sessions but I'm having a lot of fun doing it. Here is his first stab at doing it on the mini, he said it turned out pretty good but there is room for improvement of course.
I haven't seen much on here about people doing stir fry on the mini so I wanted to post about his adventures on the mini
