We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Pulled Pork Breakfast

Still playing with this thing, and we decided to breakfast.  Fried leftover baked potatoes, pulled pork from our stash, and huevos rancheros.

I am curious about others techniques.  I do indirect over a stone, and let it heat up to 350-400 for a good time, so the griddle is at a controlled temp.
