Hi everyone! Longtime lurker, first time poster. Wanted to share a pic of this enormous tomahawk ribeye I cooked on my large this week. TRex to the max. Love my egg!

    The inside didn't happen...we ate it before anybody snapped a picture! A hair under medium rare.

  • That looks great. I saw some of those at the butcher counter in the store the other day but didn't pick any up. I may go back and see if they still have them and pick one up for next weekend.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
