We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Got bored today and needed to do a clean burn on the fridge, rummaged around the fridge and found some chicken breasts, goat cheese, and prosciutto.

 I rolled the cheese and some basil into the prosciutto and cut a slit into the chicken breast. Did raised direct around 350 with some apple chips. Served with my favorite Veggie Brussel Sprout and some finger potatoes with rosemary and garlic. Everything came out great and wife loved it. 

 Today was a great day.
