We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Friday Night MLB Cook - Go Tigers!!!

Shortly going to fire up the egg for some beef ribs, and then roll that right into a 8-3/4lb brisket for an over nighter...

Will also be firing up a stick or two, and perhaps an adult beverage as well.

Weather is supposed to be great this weekend... I'm on-call so let's try to keep that shit to the bare minimum ;)
