Fire rating of concrete..Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I went with Tigerwood (Brazilian Cashew). I used the scraps to make new EggMates for the three BGE's there.

Probably going with teak. Not 100% sure. Thanks for the comments. The ipe is awesome from what I've read but difficult to work with. I'm not hand, I'm going to end up buying one. I'd cut something off if I tried.XL BGE

Teak is loaded with silicates and the dust is treacherous. Ipe and teak are both tough to work with. Mahogany is such a nice wood in that respect. You can use oak, cedar, cypress, just about any wood if you finish it right and take care of it. Go for aesthetics.
