We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. 8' XL Egg Table with granite counter top

Just finished mine.  Wasn't as patient as some of the posts out there.  You guys have some serious woodworking skills.  Designed this one using Google Sketch Up, then built it in two weekends.  Picked up the granite from a local shop for $650 cut.  It was heavy (about 700 pounds total), but a neighbor and I managed to hoist it up in place.  It's the perfect color and makes pizza making possible outside.  We're having a few folks over this weekend and plan to smoke a couple brisket during the day then juice it up to 700 degrees and dish out eight pizzas in 30 minutes.  Should be fun.
