We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Tuesday's Flat Iron Steak

...served up with a Loaded Baked Potato.  :)  Always hits the spot.  :)  It was grilled direct on the CI grate at around a 450 deg f dome temp until it read about 128 deg f internal.  Then let it rest for 10 minutes.  This one was a big flat iron, so it will give us some leftover possibilities....Hmmm....  ;)
