We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Tuesday's Flat Iron Steak

...served up with a Loaded Baked Potato.  :)  Always hits the spot.  :)  It was grilled direct on the CI grate at around a 450 deg f dome temp until it read about 128 deg f internal.  Then let it rest for 10 minutes.  This one was a big flat iron, so it will give us some leftover possibilities....Hmmm....  ;)
