Say your steak was dry...
My favorite thing to do with left over steak and brisket....sandwiches. A few peppers, onions and candied jalapeños. Grind the meat and heat in a little beef broth...Cover the meat with cheese, 1 minute in the oven and a really good meal. A red meat cook is never so bad that it cant be salvaged and I hate left over steak.
