Say your steak was dry...

My favorite thing to do with left over steak and brisket....sandwiches. A few peppers, onions and candied jalapeños. Grind the meat and heat in a little beef broth...Cover the meat with cheese, 1 minute in the oven and a really good meal. A red meat cook is never so bad that it cant be salvaged and I hate left over steak.imageimage

    Hap, my humidor has a whole tray of them sticks. Check out the 2012 top cigars list. I have all of them and are truly great and worth the time you spend enjoying each one of them. Try the my father stick.

    Hap? First you won't say hi and then disregard credit for the one cook i do people sorta like... Dang. Actually I used a food processor. I guess a grinder would work. I don't have one. Can't decide on a KA attachment or an electric.

    I'm going with what @SmokeyPitt said.HeAple. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Get an electric grinder and then you can start making sausage.

    ****... Now I'm HeAple. I don't know why that pic turned out that way. I like the way the bun is lit but the peppers are darker and glisten. My wife will pimp slap me if I bring my son's silver umbrella things and a green screen.
