Max Pork Loin Rest Time?

What would be the max to FTC a pork loin? Having my family over for my youngest's 4th birthday. He has requested pizza from the egg, which I am planning. However for the number of guests, need more. So the question is, can I FTC a 4lb pork loin while I get the XL up to pizza temps amd start turning out pies? Thanks in advance,

    Wrap it in heavy duty foil and it should keep for about 2 hours...of course you can slice it cold and serve pork loin sammiches...
