We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! What's In Your Egg? (for Eggtoberfest)

We are about 8 weeks out from Eggtoberfest, so just curious—who is cooking and what is your potential menu lineup?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

For GaMtnFest we cooked ABT’s, Cuban Sandwiches with Mexican Street Corn, and Thin Crust Grilled Pizzas.

For Eggtoberfest, Cubans are out since no way to do lo/slo overnight on the Cuban Pork Shoulder, and no electricity for finishing them in sandwich press.  So, for right now the Smokin Tiger preliminary Eggtoberfest lineup is:

1)       ABT’s finished with raspberry chipotle pepper sauce

2)       Cast Iron Skillet Shrimp and Grits

3)      Variety of Thin Crust Grilled Pizzas.
