Tonight was a cajun paella. Shrimp, crawfish tails and andouille. Sautéed some garlic, tomatoes and onions. Bombay rice and chicken broth...added some okra. topped with the goodies and a little decoration.

Fantastic cook. Love the idea of cajun paella. I'd be all over that like white on bomba rice!

Paella on the naked whiz website. Just have everything sitting in place and ready. I imagine you could come up with a lot of different combinations. The crawfish tails were frozen wild and the whole were cooked/frozen... And yes, they sucked. Merely for looks. I would use more okra next time. I highly recommend the rice/veggie trial run. I did miss the scallops.

Once you get the paella basics down it's a lot of fun to experiment. That looks delicious!

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
