At the request of my brother in law, I am going to do a bunch of wings to take with us over to his place this evening for hanging by the firepit...
Picked up 3 flats this morning of the wings (entire wing) and will do them raised direct with Tasty Lick's Black Bart's Brisket rub on them (don't laugh, it's really very good) at about 350 to 400 on the dome. Once they are done and nice and crispy, I'll pack them up in some foil pans for transport...
