So, I placed my order on Wednesday and it all came in today (TWO DAYS LATER!!!). I am super impressed with the level of customer service from Tom @tjv and http://www.ceramicgrillstore.com. I bought enough gear to cook on three racks at once and the sliding D rack for the rig extender... I loved my egg before, but I think this setup just put the spark back in an already beautiful relationship!

sweet rig @jtippers! I have been thinking about that same setup, but couldn't figure out if I wanted the third level or not. Which specific items did you buy? Also, where did you get the BGE covers?Like your deck area setup too!#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

I have one from a few years ago. Several times my weekend cook is a grid of ribs, a grid of chicken, and a grid of salmon then use leftovers during the week and for lunches. Lay lady, lay, lay across my big brass bed . . .

If I may ask, what did you spend for that great looking set-up?

@jtippers what is the advantage of having an oval grate atop the rig extender as opposed to have the sliding grate up there?

@frankie482 - The sliding grate is not long enough to accommodate a whole rack of ribs. Additionally, when cooking ribs with this setup, they advise you to rotate the ribs throughout the cook. Having the same grate on each level means you can just move a whole grate at a time without touching the meat.SBGE December 2012 • XLBGE December 2013 • Yoder YS640 JulyLocation: Jasper, Georgia
