I cooked up a breakfast casserole this morning on my BGE. This was my first attempt at something like this and it turned out pretty good. I made it with Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage, eggs, English muffins, 1/2 onion and of course cheese (mozzarella and cheddar). Baked for about an hour at 350.
