Hey all! I just got my large BGE on Monday and have been having a blast. So far I've tried a simple spatchcocked chicken and smoked some sausage both with excellent results, but far and away the biggest success so far was AZRPs "the chicken"! Up next I'm thinking of trying my hand at some ribs. Thanks to all of you as well, perusing these forums has been an enormous help so far.
