We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! The Bomba rice was spectacular. I'm not a big rice person but could eat this anytime. This will definitely be a regular cook. Looking forward to trying different combinations. One thing I really enjoyed was the "cooking". There's smoking, grilling, but to me this was cooking. Over my second year of egging I'm going to try to tackle things like baking, paella, woking,etc..image
