We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Tonight's dinner

I had to stop at restaurant depot on the way home for a few things. While there I found a 10 lb packer marked down to 1.79 a lb. then I had some time to kill before I could make a return for the wife. So I decided to stop at Wegmans. While there they had whole filets marked down to $6.50 lb. so I bought the whole thing. So for dinner tonight we are having filet and after that comes off I plan to put the brisket on. I'm unable to post pics right now. I'll try later
