I get to cook a dozen boneless skinless chicken breast tomorrow night. In an effort to save time can I brine them for 2 hours tonight, wash them off and store overnight in a ziplock in the fridge?

Why don't you just brine them overnight?XLBGE, LBGE, MBGE, SMALL, MINI, 2 Kubs, Fire Magic Gasser

I like @Eggcelsior's response, yes, brine today for a couple hours, rinse and store overnight. I do think chicken can be over brined, overnight is far to long, IMO.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
