Cook to temp for potatoes?

Hello all,
Since beginning to cook on the egg I've become a huge fan of cooking to temp to determine when good is ready. Does anyone know what temp I should shoot for when cooking potatoes?

That's actually a good question, I've always been able to judge when a potato is done by how easily a knife slides in/out.But, then, I do the same thing with my $95 Thermapen; when the brisket is perfectly done, I can tell with the buttah probe slide before even checking the temp!_____________

Thanks guys. I do a 'by feel' test for potatoes too, but it would be awesome to have an additional check as well. I'll give em a go at 210. I love potatoes on the egg.Finally back in the Badger State!

Like Botch when the knife or Thermapen slide thru the food like butta, it is ready. But if you need a # then anything over 200 is probably good.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx
