Started out by making a turkey chili for our potluck tomorrow at work. Used some hickory to get some nice smoke on it.
Next, I did a spatchcocked chicken for dinner. We were hungry so I forgot to get a pic, but it was the juiciest bird I've had in a while.
Finally, did a few pork tenderloins for dinner tomorrow since I'll probably be working late tomorrow night.
Three cooks while watching football - not a bad day. Only downside is the doc is keeping me off booze so I've been drinking water all day...not quite the same.
