We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Roasted Jalopeno BBQ Sauce

Opted out on making hot sauce. Instead I'm doing a hot bbq sauce.

Roasted some jalepenoes. Using tomato sauce. Garlic. Salt. Brown sugar. A touch of vinigar. And smoke two vidalia onions with mesquite wood.

It's bathing on the egg right now. I'm also sterilizing jars. Ill do a 30 min rolling boil on the sauce before I can it.
