Haven't been this excited to watch an Eagles in I don't remember how long...

Awesome weather and hopefully the food is good. Line up is....

Chili from yesterday
Baking fresh bread this morning
Steamers
some Italian sausages

and stingray.

Yes sting ray... saw it this morning at Wegmans (dangerous place) and decided to give it a try. The guy told me grill it like a steak, kind of low and slow till the IT is 145. Has any one else ever done this on the egg before?
