My first bread ever, and it was on the egg. This was leftover pizza dough from a cook I did last weekend. I did it in a cast iron dutch oven indirect at around 500*. I didn't have it as stable as I should have and ended up chasing the temp a bit. All in all I'm happy with the results for my first attempt, but have room to improve.
