Hump day pork roast

SWMBO bought a boneless pork loin roast for dinner and wanted to bake it. So, here it is in the egg- raised, indirect with some Cajun spice on top. We decided to cook the whole thing since the kids have a busy week of practice leftovers will save some time.

Looks amazing!
I did a shoulder roast last night in the oven cause the weather was bad. Cooked to 170* and it was amazing. Ciabatta Sammy was a great lunch too.
