Three Eggs Working

Linda on the way to Frisco Monday to Daughters and family. Daughter ask for BBQ'ed spatchcock chicken, pulled pork, and sausage. Did Turbo Butts ( this time without foil).

    Me curious too
    Not a fan of water ( no reason) and sand just not sounding cool. Salt is on hand and works fine (no burning problem).

    I presume the salt absorbs liquid and prevents it from burning? You have just given me a way to get rid of a ton of table salt in the pantry.

    I do use 4 alum balls to hold off the indirect stone.
