Pork Steak Burritos Tonight

These were the ingredients for tonight's meal: pork steak, home-canned salsa, tortillas, simple rub and refried beans (not shown). Oh, and sour cream for the kids. The meal can be cranked out in a half hour easy. Recipe is from the Weber Real Grilling book. Pic is actually leftovers from the meal, as we couldn't wait to eat. Thanks as always for all the good ideas and helpful tips you post on this site.
