Options
Been stockpiling spare rib pieces left over from trimming St Louis style. Any good recipes other than riblets.

    I cook the pieces/parts along with the ribs-they finish early and make great cook's treats or toss them in with a pot of beans.  Also not bad as left-overs if you don't mind working for the tasty meat.  I'm sure there are more creative cooks who will be along.  Enjoy the weekend.

    I stock them up and cut off what meat I can get with a boning knife, coarsely chop and add them to a mix of beef and sear them off for chili.
