We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. 3 butts on over night. Woke up surprised

I put 25 lbs of pork butt on last might after havering the egg stabilized around 250-275 for an hour. We'll I woke up this morning and went to check it and saw 200 on the dome thermo and 213 on my grid thermo. I had a mini heart attack thinking I lost my fire so I opened her up a little and watched as the temps started to rise back up! Amazing it would hold that low over night. I'm cooking for my moms 50th birthday part Saturday, 2 briskest go on before bed tonight. First double header over nighter for me. Wish me luck!
