Thawed some pulled pork that was made about 4 months ago...
I think it was better this time around. Fried it up with a little butter and topped with some red onion, tomatoes, and fried eggs. Dressed the top with some olive tapenade.

That looks great. Pulled pork topped with fried eggs is very Oahu.
Our everytime cook model is planning the leftovers. Any given cook is tonight's meal and tomorrow's lunch, sometimes even more.
