1st you have to remove the membrain on the back of the bone after removing then season the ribs now start your egg ad apple wood for smoking pork likes apple wood ,next get egg up to temp than put seasoned ribs in the egg cook between 225 to 235 for 3 hours ,now take ribs off wrap with tin foil put back in egg for 2 hours wrapped in tin foil after the 2 hours then take off the egg unwrap the ribs put back on egg for 1 hour with the last 1/2 hour you start slathering with BBQ sauce now all you have to do is let ribs rest 5 to 10 mins and then eat and enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visit thirdeye's site. He's a great cook, and Egger. Used to post to the forum a lot, and gave eggcellent advice. His site has a great deal of info, maybe 60 recipes total. Several recipes are on methods for doing BBs and spares.
