Drip pan for BB Ribs

I'm doing my BB Ribs at 250 for 5 hours. What liquid is needed for my drip pan?

No liquid is needed. I've done it with and without beer, apple juice and water. Can't say that I noticed a difference, so now the drip pan is dry except for the drips.Delaware Valley, PA Large BGE, CGS adjustable rig, iQue110, High-Que grate

If you go dry lift the pan for airflow... A few bolts or nuts.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
